What time will you arrive & begin work at the job site?
We begin our workday at 7:30 am. We schedule a predetermined start time with our clients.  We often have multiple projects occurring simultaneously and will arrive at different times to each site. We try to be conscientious in arriving at the scheduled time, but sometimes unexpected changes occur. In such situations we make all possible efforts to contact our clients to advise them of any changes.

Since you are already doing a project for us (me), is it okay to have you take care of a few other odds & ends at the same time?
We will most certainly do our best to meet your needs in accommodating unexpected tasks or changes. However it is quite common for the unexpected small tasks to require extra materials, extra trips to purchase materials, & added time/labor costs. In which case we will make the necessary adjustments to cover for the added costs.

I changed my mind about the flooring (counters, shelving, paint color, trim, etc) that I originally said that I wanted. Can you just exchange the materials and get different ones without any extra cost added onto the project?
Please be aware that many items are custom fitted and cannot be returned or exchanged, or cannot be done so without a fee depending on circumstances (packages being opened, custom paint colors have been made, items ordered to size, etc). Each change creates added costs, labor & time. While we are happy to work with you to make sure that you are very pleased with the results, please be aware that fees will be adjusted to reflect any change orders.

Can I pay you “after” the work is done?
Construction projects require a deposit at time of approval. If a project is scheduled to take more than a week, a progress invoice is billed weekly until completion.
